Well it was wait having first look see appt then order the products to fix the fridge and get appt to get it fixed. No points against Rancarlos, it just took a lot of wait time. When Rancarlos was here and working he was a great guy and technician, patient and friendly.

Technician diagnosed the problem, the water feed to the ice maker was clogged by ice. Cleared it with a hair drier and turned down the freezer setting (higher temp) so it wouldn't refreeze. Working great now.
