Oven/stove not fixed

I'm dissatisfied with the service I received. Having to pay for something and not have the proper service shouldn't be acceptable. My oven/stove still has not been fixed properly. I have scotch tape that the technician put on corners to hold a part up on my oven. Overall this experience today was horrible with the fact that my oven has yet to be fixed and I have to pay for a service like this. I hope I can get further assistance.

Is the sixth day I have taken off work to wait for one of your employees to come to my house for a scheduled appointment no one has shown up on the third time someone came up over and said hey your dishwasher is broken. We need to order parts I have now stayed home again. No one has shown up again today. I understand that they have until 5 o'clock to show up today, but I'm getting this message saying please tell me how your service tech did and no one has come to my house yet I am a very unhappy customer at this point in time I would like my dishwasher fixed. It has not worked since April and you guys don't call me. Don't talk to me and don't show up.

GE oven leak gas , under Warrenty.

The technician did not detect the leak gas at the oven . One part at the bottom of the oven had a crack and gas leak. I detected it with soap water and temporary fix it with loctite. I need a new part. I took a picture of the crack. If we keep on using the oven with a leak gas, the house would catch fire.

Did not say one word when entering my house-nothing. Changed out thermostat. Did not change the issue. Does not heat from 250° to 375°. Heating element not coming on, kept saying the word recycling. Said I would have to have An oven thermometer. Problem not resolved. He packed up and walked out the door without saying he was leaving, no goodbye, no thank you, not a word-Same as when he entered the house. I followed him outside and ask his name. He said Cody and got in his truck and left. He was in such a hurry, he left his meter on the counter. He left so fast, I could not catch him. Don't know if he had to go to the restroom, to take meds, or had a reason to get back home. I did buy an oven thermometer. The oven is heating 25° below indicator. Yes, I did preheat for 30 minutes. Yes, I did adjust the back of the dial. If there was a rating for zero, I would have given that to Cody. Very unprofessional. Very unpleasant.

Waited 2 months for service person to come to our home to fix stove and parts were at my home for 2 months. Finally repair man comes to fix oven and now I am told that one of my pilot lights is not working and cannot be fixed. Will report this to the BBB assp

Wrong charge by sears 's technician

I need estimate for new glas top adi took appointment- your technician nothing do.Just only says we can not install new appliance-just repair !& my receipt saws that trip charge waived & repair charge $ 129 plus tax. He nothing do Just charge & withi a Five minitus gone.Also his Attitudd I do not like.In future me & my friend & family never go to Sears's No more sears service !! My overall experience with David C was terrible. He came to the scheduled appointment, and after 10 minutes told me parts needed to be ordered and that he would contact me when the parts had arrived to schedule another appointment to repair my appliance. 3 weeks have passed, and I have heard nothing regarding the part or any further service from David. I called Sears Home Service and they said that David closed my ticket and submitted my work request as complete. This was completely false. He fixed absolutely nothing. The range was never in operating condition after he left and he completely lied and forged a signature saying that the job had been complete. I now have to wait for another appointment to be scheduled and have been without an operating Oven for just under a month now. I hope it is with a different technician who will fix the appliance as I requested through my home warranty when I initially submitted the claim. Paying for a service then being lied to that the service will be done shortly and then receiving no service at all is completely unacceptable and if I had the choice I would not use Sears Home Services again due to this experience.

I am not satisfied the tech replace the spring on the door of my oven and it's still not closing properly. He tells my kids that it's the frame which I told him that it was the frame when he first came.

Didn't fix problem

Technician didn't fix the problem and my mom, owner of the range he was working on, was told that I, her daughter, would be contacted about a solution, whether repair or replacement, and today has been two weeks and no one has contacted me. The emails I received after he was at my mom's house make it sound like the job was completed and the problem fixed. It was not and my mom told him that it wasn't working correctly. Unacceptable!
