Sears; A Company That Doesn't Care
This review is for SEARS and not for its poor and confused technicians. Do not even think about it, go find another company. This company is cheater and fraudster, they will take your money on time but the service might take a year or more for a little work, while they trying to help you during these months, they continuously taking your monthly payments. I had a little issue with my Stove and I almost payed total price of that to SEARS and still my problem exist. I wish I never done it.⛔️

Poor communication
The gentleman was very nice, but couldn't repair my oven due to it not having a serial number available. This information could've been more useful before he showed up to save me from having to take time off of work for nothing.

Did not assemble correctly
The oven door was not reassembled correctly. The screws are now poking through the front handle and the door does not close correctly. I need someone to return and replace the now damaged handle and properly assemble the door.

Total waste of money . I was clear that this error message was intermittent . Said he couldn't do anything unless the error message was on the cooktop while he was there .

Dishwasher repair
Techinican had wrong work order and couldn't work on problem. Had to refill a claim and nobody has contacted us since.

Didn't show up, tried to come unannounced 5 months later!!!
Our stove broke in March of 2024 They sent a refrigerator repair man Then they sent a stove repair man in May who DID NOT SHOW UP. No text, no call. My husband (a handyman) ended up having to fix it himself. We got a text in OCTOBER saying that our technician couldn't make it for our 5/10/24 appointment. Ummm... thanks for letting me know you never showed up five months ago. Then we get an email saying a technician is coming out today. Which they didn't. Literally the worst customer service in the universe. Would never ever recommend. Dishonest company. They do not stand by what they say they will do. I would leave ZERO stars if I could, but 1 star was the lowest it would let me. This company is a joke, and customers have to suffer.

No repairs were carried out. Only excuses were given. Carlos called Sears Home Service and Frigidaire tech support and concluded that all Induction type ranges have similar heating issues and my range cannot be fixed. I informed Carlos that on September 10, 2024, we had a virtual meeting with Sears Home Service tech named Calendly Gerald. Mr Gerald virtually observed the burner problem and he agreed that it needed repairs and he ordered the repair parts. Carlos stated that Mr Gerald was guessing and did not know anything about Induction ranges. Carlos left and took the replacement parts with him. Carlos said he would report the results of his visit to his supervisors. MEANTIME MY RANGE IS STILL NOT FIXED. I NEED A TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT IS NOT COMPUTERIZED.
