HORRIBLE
DO NOT USE-DID NOT FIX AND NOW CANNOT USE MY STOVE. LEFT ALL THE GARBAGE ON THE FLOOR AND DID NOT TAKE THE OLD PARTS OR BOXES. DID NOT CLEAN UP AND ARGUED WHEN I TOLD HIM THE DOOR WAS NOW BROKEN WORSE.

Repiar.
This is the third time some one has come out to fix our stove. The stainless steel was scratched again, not installed properly and the oven won't produce the correct temperature. Very frustrating. Unable to call and get a live person to talk too. Are they want to do is scheduled another person.

Slow Service
Your repair service was slow after parts were ordered and arrived. Even worse was you AI assisted scheduling system. The work was completed, but it took longer than I ever imagined that it would.

Do not purchase GE Products. Customer service is the worst.
William was a no show. This is the third time was scheduled no show. I have had enough of this. Shame on GE. I am ready to give this ge cafe range to someone. No more ge products again. If you want proof william wasn't at my home, I have a camera on the front of my house. He's lying. This is terrible. I will talk to GE President Hopefully this will be resolved. I am very frustrated, buyer's remorse

Stove still not fixed!
Clifton came & replaced the left front burner that was not working. However, when he lifted the glass top up...he bent & cracked the stove top. Now, I have a large crack running down the other side of my stove. This needs to be replaced now!

I'm sure david was fine
after 1st having Grag come to assess our range he ordered parts to fix it. We paid upfront. one of the 2 paerts came but the 2nd was on back order. SEARS choose to mark that part as canceled so when the part aeeived we waited 2 separete days 16 hours total for someone to come out. eachtime i tried to set a new appointment, no one came because the AI system saw it was canceled. I finally got creative and erquested thru the AI system a new appointment to service my range. Even David when he came out was surprised that it said it was canceled. WHY CAN"T WE TALK TO A REAL PERSON???? BAD BAD PRACTICE>>>SEARS!

Unhappy
This service technician was very unpleasant in every dealing we had with him - condescending, arrogant and nasty. As far as the work he did I'm hoping he did a good job but I think he might need to retire.

Gas range/ igniter
Jesse, it's taking over an hour and half to preheat to 350, and still not there. Turned top on incase of air in line. I have a temp gauge inside and it's correct via temp showing. Please advice
