Terrible experience
Richard was rude, first canceled an appointment without showing up and marked it as complete, then when he did come today, he was impatient and rude when he discovered that a false drawer needed to be removed. When we pointed out that we could have done this before he showed up he became very defensive about how he is not able to know everything. My husband instructed him to leave because of the tone of the argument that was ensuing.

Good Technician Very poor support from Sears
It has been 3 months that we are with a broken Dishwasher. We were hoping today would be the last of a series of mishaps with parts department. The last shipment came with a broken part that could not be installed. It is time for SEARS to honor the Home Protect Agreement they have signed and send us a NEW appliance as they have been unable to repair ours in a timely manner. My wife and I are in our 80's and depend on a working dishwasher.

Awful technician
He walked in claimed he couldnt find the model number and that he couldnt get the oven out. Left. This was a terrible experience. Sears has really gone downhill.

Not fixed
Super nice repair guy replaced thermostat and fan, but the problem still not fixed. The fan runs continuously. Must unplug the range to stop it. Starts again as soon as plugged in again.

Service provided?
I have Yet to see Him or Experience any Service from him! I did in fact receive 2 text messages from the tech, the 1st one stated that they had Arrived and what I needed to do so that they were Safe upon entry! I followed those guidelines, and low and behold an Hour passed by, but No one pulled up or Showed up, I stood outside in the Cold waiting and looked around to see if maybe they were Lost! I eventually Called and was told that the technician reported back to the dispatcher that he was "Overbooked" and No one communicated that with me Until I Called to check out what was going on! I feel like I have been a victim of a Breached Contract, because not only did I have to pay in Advance before they scheduled my Service, but I also was not informed of any Changes, while having to sit here All Day waiting, and expecting Service! I have Family and Friends who came to visit and preparing the Meals were an Extreme Task! I feel like I want to contact The Better Business Bureau, and File Suit Against Your Company, because not only did I Feel like I had been Robbed, but I also couldn't Enjoy This Season Properly with my Love Ones! I want to be Compassionated for the Inconvenience I had to Endure! This is my Worst Experience I had so far to Endure! I have been Paying for a Service by CONTRACT, with No Service Rendering at ALL!So far Not one Representative in this Entity was Empathetic or willing to make this Right! I Made A MISTAKE IN TRUSTING IN SEARS! I now cannot get any so call Service until February of 2025 !
