Unhappy with online and automated customer service.
First of all, we did not speak to anyone names Jeremie P. The representative that scheduled our initial claim on 02/22/2025 entered our physical address incorrectly. When we realized the repair technician was nearly an hour later than our TEXT messages indicated we tried to initiate an online chat. After entering our phone numbers as directed, the chat showed our phone numbers to be invalid. Odd, since those were the phone numbers receiving multiple messages from Lowe's and/or Sears. We, once again, reached out to Lowe's and spoke to an agent/representative. She noticed the incorrect and INCOMPLETE address that had been associated with this claim. Our address, has, hopefully been updated and another time has been scheduled. Considering this claims process has been ongoing before 02/22/2025 we are very frustrated.

Don't bother with this company
You'll get a nine hour repair time window that never narrows down. Yes, you read that right: They actually expect you to sit there for 9 hours and wait for them. I have never encountered this with another business. At 9.5 hours the tech texted me that he had another job ahead of mine and was that ok? We had plans at 10 hours so that didn't work. Had to reschedule with another company thru our warranty company and now we have to wait another week to get the oven repaired. Have a question? Their phone number doesn't allow you to speak to a live person. The tech, Josh, offered me the phone number to the office but said he'd text it to me. I waited 5 minutes (5:55 PM by now) and texted him that I needed the number and he sent it just after 6 PM. When the office had just closed. How thoughtful was that?! You get what you get in Yuma. I would not do business with a company that doesn't allow communication with a person, and doesn't narrow down the repair time into 2 or 4 hour time slots like every other company, so this company is out for me.

Technician
Experience was very bad he called. He did not call. He just didn't show up. I'm very upset. I've been waiting since 1 o'clock. I left work early waiting on him to come and install. He told me that he doesn't install anything. He was a technician they sent the wrong person out to me and I'm very very very upset.

Absolutely Terrible
My appointment has been cancelled twice by Sears technician with no explanation. I received probably 8 confirmation texts along with several confirmation emails and confirmed all of them but have been cancelled both times. The house is not my primary residence so we have to travel 3 hours to get to residence and have been cancelled twice now. I will never buy anything from Sears or use Sears for anything ever again.
