Utterly Disappointing
I waited for 8 hrs! 8 HOURS! Then, I was told there's nothing that they can do because my model number was scratched off! Information Sears had prior to the creation of the appointment! Francisco only called his company at my request. He told me when there's no model number they're supposed to just turn around and leave! The audacity Sears has for allowing multiple appointments scheduled for 8:00-12:00! The phone number to call doesn't go to a human! It allows you to cancel or reschedule! I had to have my home warranty company call Sears to find out what was going on after the appointment was nearly 2 hrs later than the latest time I was given. Then, and only then, did Francisco call me to update the time. Sears' online portal was also wrong! Francisco arrived and sat in his van for at least 5 more minutes before gathering his things and coming to my door. Zero sense of urgency, no apology. I didn't complain until he told me he was just supposed to leave and said, "well what do you want me to do?" What a joke!

today's service call was finally accomplished on the third attempt, but it did soften the terrible experience of having two previous appointments that were totally ignored with any notice. February 20 and then the 28th were days spent with no call, text, apology, notice or appearance of and Sears person at all, except for an email notice the next day indicating I could re-schedule. Today they sent a nice young man, very apologetic, who took about 20 minutes to fix my unworkable oven. Sorry, Sears, until you get some kinder, more customer-serving humans to deal with customer service, I'm tired of paying you for practically no worthwhile service. Robots with no humanity won't cut it.

Left customer horrfied
Tech arrived with poor attitude, complained about his job, had sparks shooting from the controls, proceeded to ask for tape from client as he came unprepared and then left hastily claiming it should be ok and that he'd leave a note in the comments

Horrible service.
No one has been able to figure out why my oven doesn't work. I've had 5 different people come and check it and it does not work Every diagnostic is different each time.

Disappointed in your service
Unsatisfied with response given to why you would not order parts. Was told by tech he spoke with his manager and was told because it's not the primary stove assurant would not cover the part and I would have to call assurant. When I called they said they have never heard of this before and you have to submit for the approval for the part. Stove is not in the garage it's in an addition that was added to the existing house. I spent an hour after the tech left on the phone trying to get this resolved. Also tried contacting you several times.

Sears messes up the order
Can't really say how Steven would have repaired our dishwasher, since it was not repaired. Sears put it down as a range, even though we confirmed with Assured that it was set up as a dishwasher. Steven says he cannot repair because of that. So we waste a day waiting for the repair, and a week getting rescheduled.
