When we told them the problem with our range face not lighting, why didn't they tell us to unplug the oven and the computer inside would reset itself instead of sending someone out? Guess we should rethink paying for this service.

Stove not working still

Leroy was sent out to my house to install new parts needed for my oven to work. Upon arrival he said thing just needed to be adjusted and the oven will be fine. He adjusted whatever he said needed to be adjusted and the oven worked while he was onsite. When I went to use the oven, it worked but would light again to keep the oven up to temp. I've made new appointments which have been rescheduled by sears and I still cannot use my stove. It's been a few weeks now. This is ridiculous

Good technician, terrible scheduling

We wasted 3 days waiting for a technician that didn't show up. Whatever your scheduling system is, it's terrible. The technician and his work were excellent. Please remind me why we should continue with this contract.

Mahmood was very good at what he was doing. That said the scheduling service overall was horrendous. It was a nightmare to get the technician back and we have been chasing the problem since January.

Door the oven was not properly fixed

Well the window to the oven door was replaced the door was not assembled correctly and now does not close appropriately.
