It seemed like he was in a rush. He did not have the tools to measure heat. I had to ask him to stay to see if it was going to work. He didn't have the tools to check that.

They kept affirming my appointment for today and saying that they would notify me when the technician would leave to come to my house. No technician and no notification!

Range repair

The range still is not working. Tried to use the stove the night it was repaired and the new PCB board the was installed does not respond to the timers buttons. I will need another service call

Horrible service. Technician wasn't prepared for the job, job was left undone, now I have to schedule a real technician to address my issue. I wish I could give less than 1 star. HORRIBLE! I would NOT recommend Sears, or this tech again.

After being told the broken stove top on my Kenmore stove was no longer made so couldn't be replaced, Sears charged me $140 - saying I "declined repair". Well, you can't refuse something that isn't offered because it can't be done. My next stove certainly won't be anything from Sears.

i was supposed to have a new part for my L front burner installed. instead the technician basically told us to live with it as it was. Nothing done!!!! And i was charged the diagnostic fee!! For Nothing

Incredibly rude

My wife and I are dealing with serious medical problems that limit our ability to focus on cleaning, and one of our dogs is reaching the end of her life and is incontinent. We are also struggling with issues related to plumbing in the house that makes even basic housework much more challenging. Timothy spent virtually all the time he was here criticizing our home and reported that our home should be condemned rather than doing what he was sent here to do. We were appalled by his manner and would never ever recommend him to enter anyone's home if it didn't meet his apparently high standards

Waited all day to find a receipt of the repair. Tried to call and speak to a human but the only thing I can speak to is an AI (Samantha). Let me know how can I get another appointment. Also let me know why I got a receipt for a visit that never was

Bad service

The service man was here and twice. This last time he replaced both top and bottom elements. When he was done I asked him to stay to make sure the oven was working properly. I had cookies ready to bake. He said he hadn't had lunch yet and he had another appointment to get to. I told him if it wasn't right he would be coming back again. He left saying that the only other thing that could be done was replaced the stove. The Oven Is not baking evenly. He would have found that out if he would have stayed. We have had at least 5 service calls and it still is not right. I need to speak with a supervisor!!!!
