Not nice person he was really grumpy

He wasn't very nice he was having trouble getting the glass door out of box and I offered to help he said no that's how stuff get broken and said could I get him a clean towel to kneel on like I was going to get him one out of dirty clothes and told me if I had something to do to go do it

Oven not working

I do not understand why I have to still pay a fee when the Service Person just turned the Circuit Box for the Doven off and on. I even mentioned for him to do that. There was no service done but still I have to pay $116.00 This is just not understandable. I will mark low only because there is sometype of fee I have to pay when nothing was fixed.

Same old thing

It is hard to get an appointment and when an insurance item it's hard get parts or replacements. No person you can talk to to answer questions.

Our scheduled time was 8-12 he showed up around 2. Was out of the scheduled window last time too. He also used one of my kitchen hand towels to clean something, I wish he would have asked for a rag.

Prices are just way too high

The technician did his job and knew his job extremely well but the prices are just too high ,520 dollars for 22 minutes of work repairing a 1 burner on the stove is just way too high, will not do business with them again.

Did not find a leak

First of all, they don't let you know what time they're coming till a half hour before, and all he did was turn the gas on and use some kind of sensor to find to see if there was gas leaking. He should've waited at least 15 minutes because that's when we smell the gas, and he did no pressure test. The Pressure test the gas company did on the line, it lost pressure when the stove gas valve was on, but did not lose pressure when it was off so the leak is in the stove, even I can figure that out. Did not seem professional. I could've got my own gas sensor and paid a fraction of what I paid for them to come out here. We still smell gas when the valve is turned on.
