The tech that came to home for the repair on our GE oven was Steller young man and very polite to us as we are older and have a hard time with keeping up with the new equipment and understanding how these things work, he was very helpful . We enjoyed having him hear very much & he is a extremely good person to have on your team. Mr & Mrs Hernandez

Kris was very competent, but the whole process with the scheduling was ridiculous. Had appointments scheduled for three different days. The first two were canceled at the last minute by Sears and finally on the third day someone showed up.

Everyone of the technicians were great however the Internet part of your system I assume it's the Ro-Bot doesn't recognize my phone number and it was very stressful and frustrating for me to try and get things done. I don't know if you're aware but I couldn't get past the very first page to cancel or approve my services. Thank you Mary Mutzner
