Keith reconfirmed that you incorrectly sent microwave parts for a GE gas range problem. I never had a microwave issue. Great on site techsASAP! Keith and Timothy but because of too much A.I. and "virtual assistance" this customer says you have a far too challenging business issue. Better start doing better asap!

Travis was pleasant and efficient. The problem was with your AI appointment service. It took 8 different scheduled appointments to get this job done. AI kept arbitrarily changing out appointment day and time. Scheduled for May 11, changed to the 12. Tech came and ordered parts. Set appointment for the 15th. Parts came on 14th. AI changed appointment to the 21st because of parts delay?? Ok, we weren't leaving for vacation til 22nd. Then changed to 27th. AI then changed to June 4th, then to 6/2 then 6/3. Finally!!

The tech did his part, but I did not like having to schedule an entire day for a service window. I think a half day window would be better.
