Extremely technically savvy and very professional, he was able to diagnose the issue immediately and also took the time to really explain the work that was going to take place as well as ask if we had any other appliances giving us issues. I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!

Emilio has worked on my appliances before and he always know what needs to be done. Today he repaired my range in no time flat. I hope he's the one that will always be sent out to my house. I have to say the guy that was scheduled to come … didn't. He claimed he couldn't find the address. Didn't bother calling me to confirm address. Didn't bother looking for the house number. Instead I get a photo of a field across the street and a message no one was home! This is not a company that you can communicate with. All you get is AI or a robo call. Can't talk to a live customer service rep. Very frustrating to say the least. Emilio 5 ⭐️. Sears Home Services 1⭐️.

Tech was great; polite and competent. Got the job done, and we appreciate him. Your notifications are a bit much though. I appreciate you keeping us informed but if I had to guess between the initial contact and scheduling a parts install I received at least thirty different notifications via email, text and phone calls. A bit much. Anyway, it's fixed and that's what matters. Thanks
