Although a repair was not possible, George was wonderful, and went to extreme lengths to attempt the repair. I was extremely satisfied with his efforts, and will not hesitate to call Sears for repair work in the future.

It took 6/7 weeks before we got service and that was 100% Sears ' fault. The company should have bumped us to the top of the list! That's why we have a service contract! We love Dave! Not his fault. He does excellent work ! We give him 5 stars!
