Julio traveled 60 miles from him normal area of business to fulfill a Sears Warranty commitment in our area with very limited access to skilled workers in tractor lawnmower maintenance.  Julio showed up, on time, with all necessary equipment on hand to service our Poulan tractor/mower, to include a lift fitted to the rear of his utility truck to raise the tractor up to a more workable position.
