The entire process was efficient and effective. The scheduling was easy. Raymond arrived when he said he would. Communication was fantastic. Raymond was polite and explained the issue effectively. He fixed the problem day of service. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

Cortez came to my home on Saturday October 25 at approximately 8:30 am to repair my monogram wall units. He appeared to be very knowledgeable of the units and evaluated each problem based on the information I had given him. He shared with me his concerns and gave me several suggestions. However, the final decision lies with me.

Vish was great but your service to the customer is awful. No human to talk too. I received 2 texts stating I had cancelled. Which I DID NOT! Another text said they couldn't get to it. I have stayed home 4 days due to all of this. VERY frustrating. Why can't you at least give a morning or afternoon window. Not at all what I expected. I've waited 4 weeks to get an oven repaired!!
