Donnie was excellent. He called ahead, was on time. He is also super polite, through and careful with his repairs. Got the oven working again. I would not hesitate to use Sears home services again!

Eric was fantastic! Super nice, friendly and knew what he was doing. Communication and rescheduling the worst experience. Not being able to talk to someone live is not good. I waited 1 full day with no one showing and then I had to set another appointment. This is not good customer service nor the way any company should work.
