This has been over a 2 month journey. Not sure of the first tech's name but he was the diagnostic tech. He ordered the wrong part. Samuel came out to install the part, which was wrong. He ordered the correct part and just installed it. Thank you Samuel for your correct order and installation. He is very professional.

Leroy diagnosed and solved the problem taking all appropriate steps. Estimates of time and money involved were accurate. Even my dog was drawn to him and vice-versa

Tom was really good. I got stuck at work and couldn't get there in time, luckily my neighbor was able to let him in. He diagnose the problem and had it fixed within an hour. The previous technician had order the incorrect part and he got the right part and even save us a few bucks. Will be using Sears again. I will say the technician before was excellent as well, just order the wrong part.
