The technicians showed up at a good time, but unfortunately the parts were not in. It looks like the parts were cancelled for some reason! So the technician had to reorder the parts again! I would appreciate having the tech who orders the parts to be the person to fix the appliance! I would like my appliances to be fixed in a timely manner and not take Months to fix! I appreciate Holi coming to my house to fix the oven and checked to see why the parts were not delivered. I give the Sears technician named Holi, a 5 star rating for his service!

The service men were amazing , curious, knowledgeable, friendly! Only complaint was customer service agents when I called! They were not nice! I almost canceled! Glad I did not cancel because repair men were great !!!
