Veaceslav was the technician first sent to diagnose our GE oven malfunction. He ordered the part to be replaced and also was the technician that came to install the new. Control Board. He is very skilled, courteous and accommodating to the client. While repairing, he offered me suggestions on how to maintain and help increase the lifespan of my appliance. Great employee!!!
