Jim was there the first time in September to repair my oven . I fell in the kitchen and broke my hip that day. He took care of me until the ambulance came and locked up my house for me. He came back yesterday to finish my oven repair after I got out of the nursing home. This time he finished the job. My oven is fixed but my electric box is tore up. This is not due to the great job he did. I am having someone else look into that problem. He did a great job fixing the oven and taking care of me. He is a hero in my eyes. Hung did a good job and was pleasant. Scheduling was a complete nightmare, having to wait in 3 separate days and 3 no-shows. That was due to Sears not the technician. Many guarantees made, none delivered, including being given non-working numbers to call on during my many calls to try and resolve. The Sears experience over the past week has been absolutely appalling - I've never seen anything like it. Negative star rating for Sears!!

Michael diagnosed problem with oven, ordered parts and installed them. So far it seems to be working as it should and just in time for Thanksgiving.

Lee was great but Sears Is not. I would recommend Lee but definitely NOT Sears Home Service. You need to work on getting your computer systems working properly. I got rescheduled numerous times with the reason being that a part was still on order, when I had both parts here.
