MJ was great
5 stars for MJ. He was knowledgeable and helpful. 0 Stars for AHS which is making this service job impossible. The system seems to be broken and something is not getting communicated to AHS and the service ticket keeps getting closed out as if the repair was completed.

Tom was professional, methodical, and was able to replace the thermal fuse and get the oven all put back together. Unfortunately, after restoring power, the oven threw a "E1 F2" error code. As the parts to fix that are no longer available from the manufacturer, he was unable to order parts or to fix the problem. So, even though his work on the fuse was successful, the oven is still unusable and I will need to fix it myself.

The technician was very knowledgeable about the problems we were experiencing with the burners on the stove. He took his time to evaluate the problems and offered suggestions. The technician was very polite and cordial in discussing the issues with the burners.
