Thank heavens the repair man, (Robert, Harold, Will, Tyler), showed up. I have been happy with all 4 of the technicians who showed up to complete this job over a 6 day timeframe. AI support was absolutely horrible at every step of the process but live technicians were all good. The AI interface is only set up for routine situations but once something went off course- which it did, there was no opportunity to correct problems or trouble shoot or get a real live person to help.
