Drew is amazing! I would never havr anyone but Drew repair any of my appliances. This youngman is extremely knowledgeable especially with any Samsung appliances. He immediately diagnosed my stoves issues and had us back in service right away. Again he is thr best you will never go erong if Drew is your servicemen. Thanks Drew.

Allow me to introduce myself, My name is Roger Mendiola. On Thanksgiving day our oven stopped working. I called American Home Shield the next day and requested service. American Homeshield sent Sears Home Services to complete the request. A technician arrived on December 1st, He performed diagnostics on the oven and determined it needed a mother board. Sears ordered the part, it arrived and they scheduled a December 4th appointment. The technician arrived at the WRONG HOUSE, took a picture of the house and did not even call me or text me. All I recieved was a text saying knock, knock sorry we missed you. Then I get another text that a technician will be here December 5th. I am waiting for them, and suddenly I recieve ANOTHER TEXT saying per my request the appointment is now Monday December 8th. I did not authorize a change in schedule. Come to find our Sears initiated the message because out of all of San Antonio there is NO TECHNICIAN in my area. On December 8th Neal arrived and though it took a while, he managed to repair our oven with some planning. Neal was very courteous, informative and very professional. On the other hand, your Ai customer service on the phone is HORRIBLE. Your company is fortunate to have Neal for human interaction.
