Kenny was ahead of time, courteous and was very patient explaining that our external warranty company didn't send over the correct information. Others would leave you there trying to figure it out by yourself. He went beyond and provided me some next steps to get me going down the right path to get it completed. He also spoke with the warranty company and they are getting things fixed for us. I didn't get to come out of my office due to work but I appreciate the care you took.

Veaceslav came the first time to diagnose the problem with my microwave and found it quickly. He ordered the part, had it sent to my house and returned today to start it working. He was polite, quiet, and even suggested a solution for another issue I mentioned to him. Ok
