Very unhappy and disappointed. Darryl did not fix our gas range! He left telling me I needed to check and see if we had gas- which we did before it went out. I had to wait another 1.5 weeks to get someone back out (not able to use stove at all during this time) and it was actually because Darryl didn't properly plug in one portion of our new control panel- easy fix. I would never use him again.

Our previous appt we waited 7 hours, finally called and were told the repair guy was out sick. Shouldn't you let the customers know? Trying to get them to answer the p[hone is another challenge I prefer not to deal with ever again. It's no wonder Sears went out of business

Problem not fixed

The technician stayed less than 15 minutes. He blamed the problem on the circuit breaker but the appliance completely failed within an hour of him leaving. It was not the circuit breaker as everything else connected in the house is working fine.

He was so inaccurate and didn't even to bother if the breaker was on. 0 stars for you guys. It took two weeks for anything to get done and all he did was check the voltage???? I want my money back and someone else to come back.

Not pleased at all

This was a very disappointing experience. I described my issue and the tech arrived and no details I had provided, including the appliance error code, were available to him. Needless to say, the issue did not come up while he was on-site. I asked what would need to be done to fix it myself and he said "if your Husband is handy, he could probably do the sensor replacement." My husband was no where around. Is this 1950? So the error did not come up and when I suggested it may take a few times, he said "I can't be here all day." What a total waste of money and to hire someone and be insulted by them in my own home. Unacceptable.
