Awful
Everything Joe did was helpful, but that is where the positive experience ended! We have been without an oven since the springtime. My contract says that you have 22 days to either fix or replace my unit, not! Will this same stuff happen with my other appliances? I, and a representative from my NYS Senators office were on the phone with your company 2 times in the last month to no avail??? NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Rude, and tried to overcharge.
The gentleman who showed up was exceptionally rude, and tried charging more than double what the repair should cost. Immediately called another company and have the problem being fixed for less than half the cost that was quoted. Avoid using at all costs!

Work done on microwave
Issue not resolved. Part replaced but wasn't tested. Tech should have taken more time and tested the device.

Bad service on ever level
This has been a travesty from the get go. I have seven different appointments, with not one being satisfactory. It is quite hard, as a design professional, to understand how you manage to remain in business. I could go on and on, but, frankly, I have lost SO much time already to this fiasco, I'm unwilling to spend more energy sharing this dreadful experience.

Bad
Bad service, intermittent microwave heating. Insisted micro was working. Took 5 to 10 seconds to light up magic light. Finally quit working wanted to charge extra service fee for 2nd trip even though 1st appointment didn't correct the problem. Cancelled service contract money grabbing scheme.

Repairs - Refrigerator & Oven
This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a service repairman. It was so bad I'm contemplating contacting GE direct. He wasn't sure of his diagnosis on either appliance. I'd like to say I'm sorry for complaining but this experience certain warrants a negative complaint. I thought I would be getting a professional GE technician; boy, was I wrong!!

Build in Oven
A technician can come out today to replace the heating element in my double oven today the oven operating panel is so HOT that it burned my hand. I was told that the unit was okay to use it.

Oven glass looks worse than before
Tech was a nice guy, but left my oven glass door looking worse than before he took it apart and supposedly cleaned the glass. He had no supplies with him and I had to give him Windex and paper towels. He told me streaks you could see after he was done would get better! They got much worse overnight!!! Customer service says there is nothing they can do, but charge me again and send a tech!!!!! Horrible CS!!!!!

Short and pushy
Since i always use Sears for my rental properties I feel like in the past experiences I've received good communication and opinions, but not with this repair, the technician was short and he seemed very aggressive when I asked questions, no more sears for me!
