I had a service appointment today between 1:00PM and 5:00PM. Your website first said that the technician would be here at 1:30, then 2:15, then 3:10, etc. Then the website said that the technician had arrived. But, no one here. When I went back to the website, the call had no updated information. I called to find out when the technician would be here and found the call had been closed. No one would be here. Great job Sears!

Oven still not working properly
We were told the oven wasn't working because there is foil lining the racks to catch spills. We've done this for over 40 years with no issues yet it's now preventing our oven from working? Ridiculous. It took an additional 25 minutes to cook something before the repairman came and it's still takes double the time. We even removed the foil on the remote possibility there was any truth to it. There wasn't. Clearly we'll need to pay another company to fix it.

Repair oven..
Technician was pleasant, however, they were unable to fix the F97 code on my GE double oven which was lower oven fan issue. Sears came out 4 times and replaced oven cooling fan and circuit board, two heat sensors, main control panel, convection oven fan but not the lower oven fan that was the issue. I also had to have two separate visits for electricians as Sears would not disconnect power from oven in order to pull out from wall to work on. They partially pulled out from wall for parts they replaced but would have needed to remove multiple panels on back to replace lower oven fan. They didn't do this and eventually turned the work order over to GE who diagnosed problem as F97 lower oven fan, ordered correct part and installed on next visit. They also double checked installation of all unnecessary parts Sears installed. All in all 8 visits..4 from Sears, two electricians and 2 visits from GE. Almost 3 months with no oven.. also they schedule repair time from 8 to 5 which caused me to waste 8 full days waiting for repairs. You really need to provide shorter arrival window. All in all not satisfied with results from Sears, totally pleased with GE

Follow through
After Dervan replaced the defective part, he failed on making sure that the oven was working properly. If he would have checked by opening the oven door, he would have discovered that the oven door will not open. It appears that the oven door has been jammed because the door is not centered on the unit. The oven door was perfect before Dervan came to repair the oven.

My oven is still broken and I'm Upset!!!!
After waiting for Months for your company to find the parts . Y'all finally get all three parts and your technician puts them on and my oven still doesn't work at all. Please tell me were is the professional technician in that!!!!!!!!

Oven Repair
He did not show up at our house. No work was done. The oven does not work. He then reported that he completed the work. His report is totally false!

Technician never showed up-2nd time
Twice, no technician showed up! No wonder Sears is going under! I will NEVER use Sears for anything nor will I ever recommend Sears for anything!

Not happy
Made me wait all day again this is the second time I've waited all day and then he's shows up at 6pm which the appointments were both From 8am-5pm and after that he orders the wrong part so he had to come back again not happy with this Sears services I want to cancel my service and get a complete refund of services
