Oven revisit still not fixed
He did nothing we need a different technician to come out we waited over a month for a second visit - we had it looked out before - it is not right! our oven is not heating or cooking properly and he did nothing - I asked for a new heating element to verify it can still cook properly and he did nothing!!! We want another technician to come out please he recommend do not send him 570473 Please find another technician!

Not Good
He came to my house, made a quick assessment as to the problem with my oven. Then he ordered a part. Telling me that the part would arrive in a few days. I was at MDAnderson for cancer treatment when he came back to repair. My wife was home. He took the stove apart to change the part, then put it back together. He then left without saying anything to my wife who was in the other room. I saw this on my alarm camera. He then drove off. The next day on my American Home shield account it said we successfully repaired your oven. It is yet not working. This is unacceptable. My stove has only been in use for 16 months. Yet looks new. In his notes it said my oven had been abused and my warranty was voided. This is no true. We were never told this. He said nothing when he left my house after repair attempt. This is no way to do business. I take care of my 94 year mother and need my oven. I've been very patient to get this resolved. Seems I will need to seek legal counsel. Not Happy

Will not use A&E again!
You gave me a 9 hour appointment window and then canceled half way through. The second 9 hour window the tech showed up to announce that he did not work on the brand appliance that I have, and the brand was on the service request! I will never use A&E again!

Sears repair
Sears is very unprofessional the technician did not show up for two appointments and did not have the courtesy to call and let us know he needed to reschedule. My tenant called off work and lost money. This has happened to me as a costumer of Sears a couple of times. They are very unprofessional. If it wasn't for my warranty company I would have never used them. I don't even purchase appliances from Sears anymore because of how unprofessional they are.

Did do enough to fix problem… we feel they needed to at least pull micro wax out and check inside to see if it could be fixed but didn't … they decided what the problem was from just looking at outside and age of microwsve… not enough to try and solve problem… will never call again and will not recommend…

Oven repair
Original tech came out 3 weeks ago to look at oven. Diagnosed as broken control board. Was quoted a price of over 300 to fix. I said ok. He ordered part and scheduled follow up appointment for 3 weeks later (today). At 430p today different tech shows up for install. Turns out wrong part was ordered & wrong price originally quoted-now the price is going to be over 600 & part would need to be ordered resulting in additional delay. Price is now over 600-Same price as I could purchase a new oven. I have had no working oven for 3 weeks-because waiting on part at price promised-only to discover all that time wasted and my entire day today wasted as well. Very unhappy. Would like a refund of my entire initial payment of over 300. I will buy a new oven. None of your 800 #s result in any option to speak with anyone or leave a message. Please respond. Very bad experience!

Sears Didn't come through
They never came to repair our oven. He isn't a n oven technician and now I have to wait until October

Bait and Switch
Our oven was initially evaluated as needing the heating element replaced. But when David arrived and began the repair, he made a command decision that it was not needed. Even though the new part was in his hand and could have simply been replaced to ensure that the unit would function properly. Of course, as this was being done under a home warranty, it was obvious that he was trying to simply cut corners to not incur any time on the job that he felt was unnecessary.

Rude!!!
He said he couldn't find anything wrong with the oven. Wanted to argue that the oven was working OK. He packed up his tool bag and hurried out the front door without even saying goodbye.

Incorrect identification of model number and ineffective ser
The service technician incorrectly assessed the part we needed by looking up the model of our microwave which was fine and not our oven which needed servicing. We were charged for a service fee when they didn't identify the correct model and the service wasn't helpful at all. I'm very unhappy with both the service and the inability to diagnose the correct problem when we were expecting professional services.
