John was professional and expeditious. You can buy an entirely new oven for one after-warranty heating element replacement, but that's not John's fault. He was great.

Although we are happy with the work that Anthony performed, we were not happy with the hidden costs that Sears charged. First, I told every one I talked to what the model and serial number was so the part could be ordered ahead of time. Which it wasn't. Secondly, we were charged 3 and a half times what I could have bought the same part from the same place that the part was purchased from. I understand a profit but.... When Anthony did come to install the part it took him all of 20 minutes total. He was very communitive and polite a credit to the company. Anthony was great but what we were charged for the part was excessive.
