I placed the work order with First American for the microwave. Sears placed it for oven. Tech came and said he cant do the work because of the work order and didnt bother to call me or rectify

He told my mom it is very dangerous to continue using this microwave it's very harmful for your health because it old and very very gressy, but yet refused to tell the insurance company that so they don't replace it, so disappointed of people like that using people's health just so they don't pay, I am very confused why am I paying for an insurance company if something is very harmful to your health doesn't get replaced???

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. The technician canceled multiple appointments, making me wait for several days without any updates or communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I never received a response. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this technician to anyone looking for reliable and prompt service.

Horrible Home Warranty Program

The technician was supposed to install an over but said he wasn't set up to do an install. This is a recurring problem with Sears. This is THE WORST Warranty program. I should receive a refund for the years I have wasted my money with this program.

He never showed up

We have waited on him all day and never showed , we were to have someone to check the light on oven and repair our refrigerator today, the gal in Florida told my husband she had it setup to take care of both today, I really need my refrigerator repair it's my primary, I just can't understand the way y'all schedule, and inconvenience your customers. I took the morning off of work to be here for my appt. (time 8AM - 12PM). No call the night before (was required). No call 30 minutes before the appointment. Tried to chat with the Bot. Bot couldn't 'assist' me because they did not have record of my phone number (it's on my home warranty policy). I get an update on the Sears Home Service site that 'the technician has arrived'. They did not! I tried Live Chatting...calling the number of the contractor...and even called the Sears Home Services phone number. COULD...NOT...BE...HELPED. No option to talk to a human (because none of them recognized my phone number -- my ONLY phone number). I then had to finally reach out to FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY and explain everything to them. I come to find out...Sears does NOT even service my SHARP microwave. Why did I only find out about now??? AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! What happened to the Sears Customer Service we used to know and love?

Very poor service

He was very rude , left a mess in my kitchen. My husband was trying to ask him questions and he said he didn't have time to talk , didn't have any knowledge about how to fix the light in the oven, we are having trouble getting the day of week programmed in, the board was not checked, said he didn't have time, to call back in for the light. Also I would prefer a regular Sears man, they are more knowledgeable and not rude, please don't send the contractor , thank you Martha McLeod

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with any company

The first tech told me in early January when he came to look at the oven that it needed new fans, but they probably wouldn't be available anywhere, so a replacement was likely needed. For the next three months, I called the CS number repeatedly and was told the fans couldn't be found, so a replacement would be coming, but it had to be authorized first by either "the team" or "the decider." I explained multiple times during this time that the oven was now turning itself off and making a loud buzzing noise, so even if the replacement parts were ever found, I didn't think they would fix the oven. I was told every time I called that I would be contacted or emailed within 3-5 business days; I was never contacted once. Finally, parts just started arriving unannounced at my house and a new service appointment was automatically made. A new tech came two days ago and installed the new parts. The oven turned on and the new fans were working. Today, the oven was used for the first time with the new fans and it started turning itself off and displaying a PF message. I just called CS and I was told the system to make an appointment is down for upgrades, so I'll need to call back next week to see if I can schedule someone to come back to look at the oven. This level of horrible service is frankly shocking in 2024. I've heard of nightmares from decades ago of dealing with cable or utility companies, but to experience it firsthand leaves me angry and tremendously disappointed. I pay for a warranty service on my home appliances and yet I haven't had a working oven for months. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Problems not solved!!

Display on my top oven does not work properly. The digital numbers are fading. Was not fixed. The bottom oven shows error code F11 every time the oven starts heating. This was not fixed. Oven can't be used!!!!
