Kenmore oven
The technician was great and did a wonderful job.However I waited two weeks to have somebody so come out and replace the element on my oven. I received and email letting me know that a technician would be out between the hours of 1pm and 5pm however at 5pm nobody showed up. After several phone calls they told me that I was so post to confirm that my part arrived because they had it shipped directly to me.There was nothing in the email about this step and there was no way I could have completed this step so they just didn't show up no call no email. I missed a half day of work then had to wait an additional 4 hours the next day. For the cost of this repair and the time missed from work and inconvenience I would never go with this place again.

Never Use This Service, Waste of Money
The experience was horrible. Showed up 2 hours past the window. Was here for 5 min and said it would be more cost effective to buy a new one. Completely waste of time and money. I haven't had worse service in a very long time.

3rd times a charm… hopefully
They came out 3 different times on 3 different days and kept asking the same questions even though I had answered them the previous time they came out. The third time they were 3 1/2 hours late. Then proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions that I felt they should know as technicians including if I had the installation manual handy. The clock is still running 10 min ahead.

Not thorough at all!!!
We had a service call and ordered a part for our Bosch oven. The part arrived and the tech was unable to get to the part of the oven. He said it would be impossible to open and this is a common problem with Bosch. He never bothered to investigate the issue, check the common problem he was aware of, had us order an expensive part we can never use, and we had to pay for the service fee.

Never showed up Sent Fraudulent documents forged signATURE
tHE TECHNICIAN CALLED but interrupted saying his boss on phone. Sears said arriving after 6 PM Never came all day andforsomereason Sears is sending all kinds of FAKEreceipts and Rolando Forged my name by signing an imprint as though i agreed. He wasnot here and I never signed anything. Your company is a scam and it is going to now be reported to higher authorities. You are trying hard not to do the Replacement. READ the 2 times the technician has said NOT REPARABLE> Why dont you start to make arrangements for my replacement under the Warrantee?

Repair failed
I don't want to give Frank the bad rating because as a technician he was good. My reason for the bad review is that 5 minutes after he left my oven repair failed. It started beeping and displayed an error code. I called right away and still have to make another appointment instead of sending him or someone else back out immediately. Now I am still without an oven until the next appointment and who knows what will happen then. Another part that will need to be ordered?? More waiting. And what if it can't be repaired, then I spent all of this money and will still have to spend money on a new one, not to mention my time wasted. You should have technicians on standby for incidents like this.

repair microwave
After many weeks and hundreds of $$, my microwave still does not work. It is still showing the same error code that it was showing when this all began. I think that I should get my money back!!

Unhappy
He made me feel like it was my fault that a roach got into the control panel of my microwave. Like I can control a roach in South Texas. But most importantly, I do not appreciate him, signing my document in my behalf.

NO SERVICE TECH EVER CAME !!!!!!!!!
We are in our 80's and this is the worst experience we have ever had with repair service. We have a warranty for over 50 years and have been loyal customers who have been treated horrible at this time. First a tech came - ordered a part - 3 weeks later someone comes to fix the oven - puts the part in and never checks the oven. Leaves and we have someone try to cook and it has fire and smokes the whole house!!! Now over a month and we are still waiting for someone to come. They send a text and say they are on their way and then reschedule 4 times now!!!!! They send a text to say they are honking the horn for us to come out - I can not hear and my wife is in a wheelchair - all they have to do is come and knock on the door and ring the bell which we have told them many times. I have never had such bad customer service in my lifetime!!!!!!!! All we want is a working oven so we can have someone cook for us. Unbelievable!!!
