Horrible Service

Window was 8-12. He arrived at 1:30pm. Upon arriving, he had incorrect information of what work needed to be done. I explained what I had discussed with the supervisor, which has been discussed numerous times over the past 6 months. He refused to do the work. Made no attempt to contact anyone. I wasted the entire day and spent more than 20 hours on the phone and have not had the repair done. I have been paying a significant amount of money for my appliances for over 30 years! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Zline AWD-30 double oven

It would not allow me to give 0 stars!!! Let me start this by saying this is a warranty job contracted from Zline to Sears. I wish this review was for Sears and not the tech. You sent Devon out today without the proper equipment to pull the oven out of the wall. Even though you knew the model number and what that would require. I stayed home from work all day to get a call at 12:50 advising me he doesn't have the dolly needed to pull the oven out of the wall to work on it. He then advised me he would call his manager and see if anyone had a dolly. He called me back at 2:15 to advise me they do not have a dolly close to me and would have to reschedule. Not because of a part, because they didn't have the equipment to do the job. The part was already shipped to me and is available at my home. Be cautious using this company as they will reschedule multiple times, in what appears to be, hopes that you go away. I called tech support and got an "I'm sorry sir, what can we do?" If you have another option, run from this company. They could care less how much they inconvenience you.

Poor Service

I'm extremely annoyed that in the process of the technician attempting to fix the microwave portion of my double oven, he broke my oven which now does not heat when after a second service call!! I now have neither an oven nor a microwave while I await a replacement for my dual oven. I've never experienced such poor service in all the years that I've maintained a Service Agreement for all my alliances with Sears!

Double oven

This was my third apt the first was when the repairman had to order parts. The parts came in one week had another apt but no show when I called it kept on saying the parts we not in when I had them in my house finally got my third apt today 8 to 12 he came at 4:20. When he called to say I was next I asked what was taking so long he laughed and said everyone was mad then he told me before he had to take a lunch break. Now I tried to flex clean my oven and it doesn't work. I would never recommend this coming to fix a toy. I will be asking for my money back because my nerves are so bad .with this company and now I have to go thru this again

Repair incomplete

One of the burners on the stove is still not working. So the repair was not completed. There was no communication as to why it was not fixed. He just left.

Horrible !!! Bate and switch professiona spoke yo a foreigner on the phone who can't understand one another and changed the price once the man came out to put my oven door on the hinge for 318.00 never again and will tell everyone.

Excellent Service

Made every attempt to find part needed to repair stove. Explained issue clearly what was wrong with my oven. Unfortunately, when I purchased the stove, it must have been a floor model. Model and Serial number were missing off of the oven. and Bernard was not able to order the correct part.

Sears snd Home Warranty companys can't communicate very well. I've had two different home warranties and the claims have been the same. NON-COMMUNICATION.
