Disappointed with failure to determine issue or work needed
Paid for a diagnostic visit. Technician was polite and looked to make sure power was available to unit. No other work was performed as technician indicated that parts were not available to fix this three year old Bosch wall oven. After paying for the visit, I called Bosch to complain about parts not being available. Bosch assured me that all parts were available and could not understand why the technician would indicate otherwise. Since the technician did not remove any covering from the oven, there is no way to know what parts were needed. I am back to square one and looking for others who can do the repair.

Waste of time
I was told by Christopher that the hole on the bottom of my oven, caused by the heating element is not covered by my warranty. How can this be, I certainly wasn't going to argue with a repairman but I will call to find out what kind of warranty I have.

Technician never came. Forged my name
This tech guy already wrote a report almost 3 months ago that oven can't be repaired. I am due another replacement. Instead your x.cimpany pays the same person to keep coming back to avoid what is due. This is the worst business practice. He . He also signs my name with a big X pretending He was there. He plays this trick over again and Fails to give the final REport. Called VRS. Soi can get the replacement OVEN. When will this game stop,??

Technician
Called for service on 8/7 stamps, AR. Tech came on 8/14. Found needed four parts. Ordered. Be back on 9/11. Earliest appt available. Received a call from Jack can come on 8/28. Wait all day. No show. No call. Called next day and was told appt was cancelled because parts were not in. I received all four parts on 8/16. No one called me to verify parts in or not. Then said I was supposed to call when parts came in. 9/11 came and went. No show. Called the same day and got the biggest nonsense story. Will send tech that night or next day. No show either time. Reason why did not come on 9/11 was not all parts are in. Once again confirmed that all four parts was received on 8/16. No one called to cancel or reschedule or say anything. Tyler finally showed up today 9/25 at 6:00. Left without making sure ovens working. Small oven is still not heating up to set temps. Will continue to use it and confirm that the temperate desired is or isn't being reached. We have 30 days warranty. First notice given that the small oven is still not heating up fast enough and it is not reaching higher temps in 400 degree range. Was told by tech that house number given wasn't working. He was told that a second number my cell number was supplied. He said he didn't have it. Lack of communication between tech and service department.

Absolute and complete waste of money, time, and effort. Save yourself the aggravation. Buy new or use different repair service.

Most frustrating experience!
Repair refuses to stay and makes sure the appliance is working. He came today and said it's fixed, walked out. After trying to use the oven it's still broken. Worst repair experience ever.

Appointment Scheduled- No One Showed Up
Very disappointed, waited all day for a technician. Kept receiving messages with updates but the day went by and no one even called. Disappointed

We'll never use another Samsung again!
We bought a Samsung oven in October 2023. In June 2024 it made a loud pop noise and all power ceased. The company sent out a repair technician and he ordered the parts needed. He came back two weeks later and said it was the wrong part. So he ordered again, came back another two weeks and the part had been shipped and poorly packed so it was shattered. He ordered parts again and came back two more weeks and this time the parts were wrong and didn't fit. He left, no return appt was made and we have no idea when they'll be back. No further parts have been received. I've called his phone numerous times with no response. When you call Samsung all you get is AI and no live support. I've been without a stove now for almost three months now! I would never recommend a Samsung oven or this repair company!!

Not scared. So there.
Late. No notice of delay. Tried to scare me into getting home protected service to avoid "thousands" in charges but he could not fix anything because he found a dead roach behind the stove drawer. Basically costed me 140 to knock on the door. He priced one part at 780 or so and said many parts were needed. I found a new one same company for 799. No need to mess with this company any more.

The service provided by Brad was no good
My experience was a disaster. All they do is order every parts to fix a microwave without diagnosing it got to my house two guys refused to take the microwave down so I don't know why they need a helper and then they wouldn't take the microwave down They don't even know what the problem is they're just assuming so. They're trying to change every parts.
