Disappointing
Not Jon's fault but very unhappy regarding declination of replacement- firemen insisted on removal and now have no oven! Thought your protection plan would protect us - very disappointing!

Repairman didn't replace screws
I was with the repairman when he took my stove apart. He removed the screws from the oven bottom and had a hard time removing the screws from the flame spreader plate. He said he was going to drill the screws out because he could not get then out. So I imagine he destroyed the screws. After finding out there was nothing wrong with the stove (it turned on with no problem) he attempted to put the stove back together but did not put the screws back on or even attempt to put any replacement screws for the flame spreader plate. when I questioned him about this he said "oh you don't need screws for this part it locks in" I said yea ok. If the screws were not needed they would not be there right? Also he did not put the other screw back into the bottom of the oven which I included a picture of. He put one screw in but did not put the other screw in. I definitely will not recommend your repair business and I don't want to give this guy any stars. I will be waiting for a response and do not send the same repairman out to replace the screws. I also will be doing a Google review of your business because this is not appropriate. I used your company because I thought it was a decent business. Thoroughly disappointed.

My Stove

disappointed
The control panel on my oven kept turning off. The technician showed up late, ran no diagnostics, said the problem was most likely an electrical issue and not the control panel, and recommended I contact an electrician. I followed his advice. After almost $1K in diagnostic testing, the two electrians found no electrical issue and concluded that the issue was the oven control panel.

Top Notch
Paul called in advance to make sure that someone was going to be at our House. He arrived as scheduled and within ten minutes he diagnosed our problem. I wouldn't hesitate to call him if I need future repairs.

Recall Oven Repair Job
Poor experience. First time Eric showed up saying I cannot fix your oven today after I waited all day. Explain to him that I already waited 30 days after purchasing a new warranty through Albert. Another repair man was very helpful. All service had to do was complain about Albert wasn't supposed to, sell me the warranty. Then he shows up the second time without the parts without a helper only had to do was complain about Albert and complain about his own boss. Then I remarked that if he can't fix the job, I need to move on because again I waited hours for him and I am 30 miles out of town and told him why didn't he text the information that he could not do the job today? Why did he lead me onto be there if he knew he couldn't do the job Again, all he could do was complain about Albert and his own boss. This is a recall job. It is known that this job requires two repair men. Why are we having problems getting two repairman to correct the broken part?

Poor Service
Overall a horrible experience with Sears. From most technicians to customer service through warranty. Last tech to come out twice seems like a person who isn't happy to be at his work. Overall sears needs to hire better staff and have better intentions of helping the customer. The whole process with sears and their technicians is not something I would recommend. If you would like poor service, dragged out repair orders, miscommunication and poor attitude from technicians like this then sears is for you. For the rest of us, you're better off saving your money purchasing new appliances and or finding yourself a local handyman. Let's get sears fully out of business. They don't like what they do nor do they want to help their paying customers so why should we give them our money and time. Not worth it.

Appliance not repaired
Raymond worked on the microwave then left without saying a word to anyone. I went outside to see if he was still here and he was gone. I checked the microwave and it has the same issue as before he worked on it. The problem is that you have to physically hold the door closed in order for the microwave to run. If you let go of the door the microwave stops. Raymond should have told us that he had completed the repair and allow us to see a demonstration that the microwave is working properly. He did not, he just left and did not repair the issue

The other service tech saw that the key pad was bad and this service tech was probably lazy in not installing the pad and took it with him !
