He was rude both times he was here. There definitly was a problem but it was the way he handled it.

Great Technician, extremely poor service experience
Andrew was great, but we had to wait 2 full days for the service to happen, despite the emails telling us it would happen at the beginning of both days. When I called, I was told there was no way to get in touch with the tech other than leaving a message with dispatch. This was an extremely frustrating experience and as a result, I will never again use Sears Home Services. I don't why you bother update by email, when the updates prove to be totally inaccurate.

Did not show up or call
Had to call Sears and they said the he gave the reason that our road was covered in snow. There is less than an inch of snow on the road and cars have been driving down it all day. He never even came past our house, we were watching for him. Totally unacceptable.

Double Oven repair
Came to fix stove and it still not working making a horrible noise now. Worst company ever for warranty work. Stay away from sears. Terrible I wish I could give 0 stars

Byron was great, but part was wrong color and defected
Byron was a great service man. However, please respond ASAP regarding the item replaced was wrong color and also defected. The metal was bent. Please let me know if you can provide me with a credit for the part. Also, the repair ONLY took 20 minutes. The cost of labor should also be reduced. Please let me know ASAP. Thank you
