Patricio cancelled my appointment mid-way through my service window apparently because he couldn't find parking. Then never called or texted to explain what was happening and ignored my follow up calls and texts. Extremely unprofessional.

Waste of Time

Not sure why this technician showed up as the service request was cancelled due to time constraints. I was notified 15 minutes before the latest time of arrival that due to "unforeseen circumstances" they had to reschedule. When new appointment was made it was too far away to be without my oven so I cancelled the appointment and bought a new oven.

Sears / Improper Estimate for Signature

On previous visit (30 days ago) and same tech today - had me sign estimate without letting me see estimate. Then at end of both jobs I had to sign work was completed. Both times I was told would get copies by email, which last time I never received. This time tech let me take picture shows I do not owe. After the tech left job today, I got estimate show I will owe (not true).

I'm very disappointed that he came out only to tell me that my appliance was t covered under the insurance. And more disappointed that I was charged $100 and nothing was done. I'm asking for a reimbursement for my $100. I also have a refrigerator that has been worked one more than 4 times by y'all and it's not fixed either. I do not recommend this insurance to anyone.

Never showed up. Trying to repair done for the last three weeks. Had the part. Only to have several reschedules saying that the part had not arrived.

I will never use Sears Appliance again. I liked the technician, but the customer service was horrible! Appointments changed, stood up twice and no way to contact a real person. Even the "chat" feature was so scripted, no way to ask real question, just the loop questions, you control. -10 stars, never again.

Very rude doesn't know what he's doing he made several trip changing same part On top of it, he scratched my stove he chipped the top of my stove very very rude person to deal with he shouldn't be in the field

Very poor, rude

Tech did not show for Tues appt. Came Thur. Called me and said his gps cldnt find home. While explaining directions to him, he hung up on me. When he knelt down to check oven his pants slid down to expose his buttocks. Very displeased with service.
