Technician is a no show
The technician did not come. I did not sign the invoice, somebody faked a signature that doesn't look like mine at all. No repair has been performed to this point, but I received a part

What did I pay for
My oven was not working and I had the repairman come out. I had pretty much deduced that the problem was the ignitor and shared my hypothesis with the repairman. Long story short the estimated quote was almost the same price as a new oven and the repairman seemed apathic the the fix would be worth it or that it would be a long term solution. Fine, I get it; but what I am upset about is that when my husband and I took it upon ourselves to take the oven apart and look at the ignitor it was obvious that we were the first ones to take off the bottom plate of the oven to even lay eyes on the broken part. The experience has left me feeling a bit robbed.

Refrigerator
I am trying to contact customer service and cannot get a real person on the phone. Glen was very nice and diagnosed the issues. Problem is, my refrigerator and freezer were working before he came to the house. It is not working at all right now. I am not sure if something was touched but I find that this is too much of a coincidence for me to believe the fridge and freezer stopped working completely on the same day. So I am trying to get a hold of someone and I'm extremely unhappy with how difficult it is to do so. My 1 star review is all about customer service. It's horrible.

Extremely disappointed and taken advantage of.
The whole experience was trying and disappointing. Took multiple phone calls to help us decide how we can handle replacing the glass on the oven door. We found the part on Sears parts and thought we could have a technician replace it. The agent bamboozled us into having a technician come for diagnosis and when asked what happens if he cannot fix the issue, he said that every issue will be fixed. No details about the model or part was taken. The technician arrived very late and did not contact us just before arriving and skipped asking what the issue was. He came and said that the part was not available. He just charged the fees and left. Our charge should be refunded.

Tech couldn't resolve problem
Tech says samsung no longer supplies part that needed fixing which made service call no good and now I have to relace the oven as he couldn't fix the problem
