He said that because the wall oven was hard wired , he was not authorized to work on the over. This is horrible for a warranty company provided vendor.

Ridiculous

You had me send in a picture of my model number, told me my technician would be there between 8 and 5. He showed up at 6:20 pm to simply charge me $120 to tell me that he could no longer get parts for my model number, which you already knew. Total scam. Do NOT schedule service. Call a true local service company.

Stove service call

There was no resolution nothing got repaired if anything he bent the frame so now I have to figure out how to fix that he made it worse than it was you charged me 129 dollars and all he did was look at it looking up numbers online and didn't fix nothing I feel like I've been ripped off I paid you $129 to make it worse to think I considered buying your $900 warranty a year thank God I didn't do that till after the service call I wouldn't give you $1 for a Year's worth the maintenance and warranty what a joke this company and organization is I'll make sure I tell everybody in my power how horrible a service department you run

Technician verses Sears Automated System

Ryhen, was nice man, diagnosed the issue, then gave his quote to repair our Bosch oven; $668.00. Which he said $435.00 for labor. I ask him how long to replace once he got the part, he said an hour once he received the part in 7-10 days. Really??? Attorney prices??? We were scheduled for 8-12, he arrived @ 3:50, my day wasted waiting. The Sears automated system flat out sucks. Bottom line we contacted The Appliance Company, they found the part locally, came out next day, completed the job for $390.00. Labor $200.00. Will never use Sears again!

Poor service / Did not diagnose the issue

Would not recommend. Did not test thermostat which was the concern. I found 8 screws on the door loose and he never even checked them. Stated it need to be replaced. Did not call me to inform me of arrival or to review the issue. Very unhappy with his performance and do not recommend. He was in and out with it 20 mins.

It was not good at all, the service man must have been a trainee that was just released to work on his own. He was confused, and my son-in-law helped him, and my son-in-law seemed to know more than the trainee.. I would not recommend this business.

NO SHOW

Unfortunately I cannot give a review for a tech that NEVER SHOWED UP! I stayed home all day waiting for the serviceman. I received a text at 11:13 am that said the tech is on his way. It is now 4:43 pm and tech is a NO SHOW! This is after Sears canceled my appointment December 2 and rescheduled for 12/10. First American Home Warranty and Sears have no respect for people's time.******* IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR.I WOULD*********

Oven repair

Arrogant man that used my kitchen knife to open a box without asking. Would not ever want him in my apartment again. Asked me to sign for the repair and wasn't even on the right screen. Left a mess. The only thing he did right was fix my oven and then acted like he wanted a medal for something I paid for. Hopefully, will never have to use Sears again.
