After spending 1400.00 dollars my oven is still not working correctly. This tech was the first one to look at it and diagnosed it as the mother board which was replaced by another tech. He did not hang around long enough to see if it was working correctly after he replaced it. Robert came out again and told my wife everything was working correctly, which it is not. Very disappointed, you will be hearing from me.

why is it that the technician does not attempt to approach and fix the oven? Appointments are made and no one comes! Robert M never entered our home! Why do you not have technical help that wants to fix/repair the appliance? Why were parts ordered and now you do not even attempt to repair?

Wanter be technician comes to your house knock on the door. Do not call or ring the doorbell. Just take a picture said .No one was home twice. And today he's supposed to came back today to fix my oven and he sent a message said your technician has arrived, but I've been sitting in the yard all morning waiting on him and he's a no-show. I think y'all need to hire another technician that is one sorry technician. My oven been out for month and this so call wanter be racist,technician .Will never enter my property again

Your tech was rude and he was told to leave. He said Sears will charge $1,000 to fix it but "I have my own company that will do it for 1/2 that price"

Jason was on time, personable, pleasant, responsive and respectful of our home. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. He also took time to share tips for cleaning and ensuring the appliance (stove/open) would perform optimally. He also shared tips on maintaining one of our other appliances. Very professional and courteous!

Poor service Incompetent technician. Ordered a part for the oven but couldn't install it because he couldn't get a screw loose. It is frustrating to wait 3 weeks and be back at square one

Just got ripped off. Have a Bosch oven that needs repaired . The issue was that the outlet on the oven shorted and needed service . Because the tech couldn't find the oven in her phone database , she said she can't fix it. Wasn't her more than 30 min and didn't take apart the oven to look at it . Complete joke
