after arriving home i tried to use microwave and noticed several of the component buttons were not working and would like it fixed properly

Technicians are GREAT, but.....

The process, people, website and telephone bots involved in scheduling, confirming, tracking parts deliveries are awful. It is a classic case of one hand having no idea what the other is doing. But, in this case, there are multiple entities involved so it becomes a cluster mess. You need to simplify this process. You need to update your IT system to include current and accurate information. Your website needs to be accurate! What a mess! And, CHANGE THAT HOLD MUSIC!

Close door warning comes on after oven has been on

Justin felt pretty assured it was fixed. We started using this afternoon in preparation for a dinner party. Put on 400 degrees, heated up fine, placed bread in oven for a 15-20 minute cook. Worked fine for approximately 10 minutes then "close door" warning appeared. Needless to say, with company coming in 2 hours, we are not happy.

Sears Service is the Worst

I "think" my oven is finally repaired after 7 months of Sears replacing one part at a time!!! Their service technicians are rude, and completely incapable of diagnosing an issue. They are only in our area 1 every two weeks delaying service. They either send the wrong parts or defective ones!! And even that they don't discover until they have removed your oven from the wall. The Sears service office is nothing but an AI robot- there's no way to speak with a human being and so voicing frustration is impossible. Perhaps I'll get a human to cancel this service contract!

Dishonest and unprofessional

The technician was scheduled to come one week ago, he arrived at my home then, backed into my neighbors driveway, took a photo of my house, cropping out my vehicle in the driveway, and said no one was home and left! When he arrived today and I asked for a number to a supervisor and he refused saying, I could only call the automated sears number that is a bot. I asked him who I would call if a technician did something wrong and he again said they are not allowed to give out their supervisors number. So i again asked, well who do you work for, whos your boss, he again said hes not allowed to give that information out. I asked him why he just backed into my neighbors driveway, took a photo of my house then left last week. He said nothing, but now asking if he could come in to complete the repair. I told him he is not trustworthy and I would not risk mine and my families safety to a dishonest technician working on anything inside of my home. This would be his 3rd time here, the first time he was here to install parts on my dishwasher and I knew he was different then other technicians when he signed all of the paperwork on his forms himself instead of having me sign for anything. I would not trust him to work on anything truthfully or honestly, and would highly advise anyone from trusting his workmanship.

Not a Repair

After diagnosing a problem with the oven igniter, the service technician quoted $500 for the needed part, but he didn't have the part needed to repair the stove. He offered no solution, like trying to find the part or ordering the part. This is a very common repair so the part should have been stocked or at least easy to find. The convection oven still worked although very slowly heating up the oven. The stove was in excellent working order otherwise and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service. I will not buy any Kenmore products, nor will I use Sears repair service for the Kenmore products I have in my home.

My oven is still broken

Tried to use oven for first time today and got error message again today. This is first time trying to use oven - so I paid $800 and still have a broken oven. How do I get a refund?

Poor repair

Despite the fact the first tech ordered 3 parts and that I paid for repair of the three, the techinician that came out after parts arrived decided two of the three parts were unnecessary and now my ovens are operating the same as before repair!

Paid for repairs, got no results.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had the technician come out to repair my microwave, and after spending nearly three hours at my home, the issue is still not resolved. He claimed he ran tests and said everything was functioning properly, but the microwave clearly does not turn on at all, he also did not reassemble the microwave correctly and left screws on the counter. The side of the microwave panel is not even sitting flush. It's frustrating to spend that much time and money, only to be left with the exact same problem. I expected a proper diagnosis and repair, not to be told everything is fine when it obviously isn't. This experience was a complete waste of time, and I'm now left needing to find someone else to actually fix the issue. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Basically voided my warranty...

It's spring time in the country. We get a random bug every now and then. My oven hasn't been used since February. It's just sitting there. He opened the oven and I noticed a small bug. I didn't even see what it was. I DO NOT HAVE AN INFESTATION OF ANY KIND!!! This is a brand new oven. I can submit photos of any part you need to see. Inside or outside and prove it's still perfectly clean and like new!! I am so upset.
