Oven Troubleshooting

There were multiple problems with this service call. First of all we were told that if new provided the oven information they would make sure the technician had the parts for the repair or reschedule our appt for a later date. He also showed on the email that his ETA was 9:30 am and he didn't arrive until around 2 pm. When he arrived he only verified what we had described in our info provided and then told me he did not have the part on truck!!! Instead of getting our oven fixed today (which we expected) he said he couldn't be back for another 10 days with the part. Personally the technician was an OK guy but the process is very disappointing. In the future you should try to do what is promised to the customer if you want repeat business.

"unfortunate repair visit" He came to fix the stove, which didn't get fixed. He serviced the refrigerator as scheduled at the same visit. all looked good, no problems with refrigerator. However, it never made another ice cube since that visit.

Wasted trip

The Tech, Robert, was/is great. The warranty service never sent us the needed parts. Cintricty is the worse service I have ever dealt with. 1st trip they sent parts for a microwave, but it was a double oven that wasn't working. 2nd trip no parts at all. Over 6 weeks without our oven. Who knows how much longer???

It's a partial fixed , The original call was , no light , no power, and the door won't open , ADA co came and replaced 1 fused - but still not heating… need a circuit board but apparently acccording to them is that the item is discontinued and no longer manufacturing… Cinch called sears ompany, same problem I told that it needs a circuit board, but tech said it's not.. only the fuse at the back. Now it's heating but there's a very dim light on the screen.. I told this at the beginning.

I had high hopes for this repair service, especially since the technician showed up on time and communicated well before his arrival. However, the experience quickly took a turn for the worse. While he was prompt and the appointment was brief, the main issue—the bottom oven not heating consistently—was not resolved. Everything else in the oven works fine, but I was left frustrated when the technician seemed annoyed and dismissive. It was as if he had already made up his mind about the situation before even testing the appliance thoroughly. After a quick startup that, of course, showed no issues (as luck would have it, the 1 in 25 chance of it working perfectly), he failed to perform any real diagnostics or ask about error codes. He mentioned that we could receive a credit for the diagnostic charge if we opted for Sears to do the repair within a few weeks, but honestly, I felt like I was left with more questions than answers. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with no resolution to the problem. I wouldn't recommend this service.

he came in turned on my Dishwasher And Microwave He put the cup of water in the microwave and turn it on. We told him that in will not heat very will. We even showed him where a light came on and it said " Help". He said that it seamed to be working. (BUT it does not heat . Then he opened the dishwasher To make sure it was not Pug. He started the Dishwasher and said it seamed to be working. We told him that it did start. But after the first cycle that the lights start to flash . He said he could not make it do it , said could not make it flash ( He did not wait to see). Said he would check with the manufacturer and left. He was here maybe 10 minutes. Not very happy.

Bosch Microwave/Oven wall unit

Microwave was the problem. When tech left microwave had power. My wife tried and said door wont open completely. I later tried and door was too tight, hitting cabinet. I then realized that the door was bent and doesn't seal anymore- new problem. Then I realized the clock was not working anymore and Microwave was dead again. Didn't even get to try it. We had 3 different tech on 4 visits ( 5 visits if you count a no show), 3 shipments of parts. This is the 2nd of this Bosch product- first had Microwave problem and unit replaced at no cost. First unit handled through Best Buy-Geek Squad. This unit is 3 years old. I'm done with Bosch and unit will be replaced at my cost. Don't bother trying to fix. I'm disappointed. Unit should have been fixable, but now has a physical problem with obvious unsealing/bent door as well as dead Microwave!

Parts and labor for repairs, even simple minor ones, are extremely overpriced. It's not worth. They will try to sell you extended warranties and do not reveal the entire cost of the job up front. Joe, my repair man, did what he was supposed to do but did not test the oven to see if it worked once he was done.

Technician was great Sears no so much

Actual tech guy was great. The problem is no one showed up on the date the app was scheduled for and there was no one to talk to. Called get recording with no option to talk to a rep. Had to wait 2 weeks for reschedule

Oven repair

Hello, The oven is now heating properly, which is great. Unfortunately, the oven light is now out. Obviously, there is a chance that the light bulb burnt out right after the repair was done. But I think there is also a chance that either repairman that looked at the oven could've done something to cause the oven light to stop working.
