Removed things from the cupboard space to do the repairs, but did not put them back. I had to get a ladder to do it and I am 72. His communication skills need improvement. I had to ask what the problem was.

He could have checked thr burners better. The guy living in apartment says burners got hot than cool off. He only ran burners for short time

Unfortunately the service provided by the technician did not work out.The cost of labor plus parts was not worth repairing. I'm better off purchasing a new oven.

The repairman assessed a problem with the microwave not working properly. He replaced a switch and the microwave worked as he tried it before he left my home. So, I tried to use the microwave immediately after he left using the automated system, to pop popcorn and the unit shut down. Tripped the breaker. At that time I called for repairs again. Another appointment has been scheduled for Monday January 29.

Not your Agents fault. I'm very unhappy with your yearly insurance that you offered. Always called me to renew my insurance. No one called. Interesting when i called no program like that anymore. Wouldn't renew my program. This is unacceptable. Offered me a whole new program that was more money. I am not going to renew now. You did the wrong thing to your customer.

I was not confident we had someone who could analyze the oven. Overall a guess that a board and some other components were needed. I found out this model was made by Frigidaire, he said made by Kenmore. Training would be good.

Fixed issue but was not kind. Very rude upon entering. Banged hard on my open door. Was not polite at all when giving estimate. Was very short with me.

To be fair to the technician; we will wait and see if the oven's temperature will regulate. He put in a new ignitor switch. The evening of the service, our temperature was 100 degrees off. We will continue to monitor over the next few weeks to see if it gets better. The technician said that we need to calibrate the oven and that we could find instructions in the owner's manual. We looked in the manual and there was nothing about calibration. This is the first that we ever heard about us having to calibrate the oven. The technician also put in a new board to repair our digital clock. So far it is working.

The visit didn't yield a true answer to the issue although the readings for what he saw appeared that the oven was able to function appropriately. We used the oven on Saturday and it wasn't able to be reset as it had in the past. Rather than ask him back for a costly repair, we are going to purchase a new range. I'm not blaming the repair person but the problem wasn't able to be solved.
