Robert from Sears Home Services came today to fix my open door. He seemed very knowledgeable and took time and care while disassembling the door to replace the springs to be sure he was careful not to damage the door or my countertop. He quickly understood the issue and was able to replace both springs/hinges to get the oven door back operating good as new. Very professional and Kind. Thank you Robert!
