Kenmore wall oven temperature sensor repair.
The repair technician inserted new sensor and oven did not turn on. I reminded him he had taken off control panel last week. Sure enough he had left a connection unplugged. The labor charge for two trips was quite high. I am very irritated that while waiting for the oven to preheat, I asked a question and was given a response with him not looking up from the game he was playing on his second phone. I don't approve of his entertaining himself while I'm paying labor cost.

90 minutes late. Didn't let me know until after 2:00. He was efficient but estimate is outrageous! Cost to repair one burner equivalent to price of new oven!!!

Anthony was able to fix the oven door but he did not allow me to clean the inside window which was easily accessible before he fixed it.

The problem was "diagnosed" by one technician. Another installed the part the first one said was the problem but did not stay to insure the problem was resolved/fixed. It wasn't. $329+ later, still waiting to hear how Sears is going to fix it.

firs schedule was on July 11th ,we waited from 7 AM til 5 PM no technician showed up .Sears scheduled for send time on July 18th ,your technician came after 5PM did not have the right part for oven ,Third time on July 25th your technician came after 6 PM with correct part and fixed the oven So we had to stay home three days from 7 AM to 6PM .

AI booking was a little confusing. Confirmed a completely different address and phone number. Technician came out was very nice, clean, professional, however, per usual with these things, the repair cost was almost $700. Honestly I frustrated to pay $130 to be told that he thinks its the fan motor and that it would cost almost as much as a new oven to fix. Of course too old to be under warranty. I would suggest having AI ask more questions about the appliance before booking appointments taking peoples money and wasting their time. Seems like a money grab. 2 stars because the tech was nice.

Left without fixing anything
Technician arrived on time, and was here for almost hour. At the end of that time, he told us was leaving because he couldn't read the model number on our stove. (The decal was hest damaged) We asked him to wait two minutes (my husband is an excellent photo editor) but he said, "no, I'm leaving." We had the decal cleaned up and legible two minutes after he left.

Not fixed
After repairing the microwave while testing the timer wasn't working. Instead of finding out what was causing this problem. He left. Now I will need to put in another work order to fix this issue. Another tech ordered parts that he didn't install.

Not pleased with my experience
I provided all the additional information requested to get my part ordered. The tech didn't know what was wrong with the oven when he came and this information was provided previously. He was 5 hours outside of scheduled time. Part was not ordered until I called to check and see if it was ordered when he told me he would order that evening or the next day. Had an appointment scheduled that was cancelled without notice. I had to wait an additional week to be put on the schedule.
