Microwave repair
Warren and his helper did a fine job fixing the microwave. I haven't had a reason to use it yet, but it was working when they left. I only gave them 4 stars, because they left a bit of a mess for me to clean up.

John left a message early on the day to narrow down the time of repair which was very helpful then notified me when he was on his way. He was able to complete the work in a timely manner and was very courteous.

Dan, the tech, did a great job, couldn't ask for better. The schedulers, though, didn't bother to check if the repair parts had been received by me, and failed to schedule the time. Instead, I had to wait another week, since I was to be out-of-town the next week. I can only hope they treat other cases better than mine.

They replaced both board controls and sensors and tested that they would work. However that night we had set the temp of the lower oven on 375 and it was over 415 when we started to put in the dish.I believe they should had tested the ovens to make sure they were working properly. I also found a day or so later a piece of the oven trim that got kicked under the cabinet and now I need the two screws to put in back in place. It is the bottom trim by the air exhaust. I will call ands if they can send it to me. So I tested the ovens on sever occasion and the Temp was always 25 to 50 degrees higher and made preparing meals in the oven veery difficult. I called today and was instructed to recalibrate the ovens, however that instruction was wrong too. I pulled out the manual and did reset the oven control board. It seems to be working now. However,I am disappointed since I also signed up for the appliance service contract.
