Still problems with burner outlet on stove
Marcus was very nice an efficient. However , I found that the burner does not seem to be Going all the way up to the high level with the orange color to the burner. I need to get it checked out to see why the burner isn't heating up to the high level since replacing the burner switch. It's not the burner itself because I tried connecting it on the other outlets on the stove and it worked. Hoping can get it checked out again without being charge diagnostic fee all over again.thank you.

Luis called early in the morning and let us know he might be able to come early. He was there when he said he would be. Even though he was unable to fix our wall oven due to discontinuation of necessary parts, he did advise the part numbers needed and gave advice about how we might go about looking for them on our own. He did wiggle the oven out so I could take an accurate measurement of the cutout.

Charles T experience resolved my problem But the first technician misdiagnosed the issue which delayed the repair of my microwave for a month. The second technician was better and correctly ordered the right part. Overall my Sears home service experience was not good because of the delays in resolving my issue.
