Sears was going to send me the part directly and Bill was to install it. However after waiting a decent amount of time, Bill just ordered the part to be sent to him. He noticed that there was no tracking ID for the part that was supposedly sent to me. When he got here, he installed quickly and politely. A great guy!

Inspected oven and found that the control board was not working. Search for parts showed that the control board is no longer available. Made recommendations related to buying and installing a new oven as well as recommendations for sears home appliance warranty. They provided useful information related to appliances in general.
