Dwight arriveed on time and quickly replaced the igniter on our Samsung oven. Everything now works well. No complaints about Dwight, however the part had to be shipped twice as the first one was poorly packed and was broken.

The only reason Jeff did not get 5 stars was that the oven was too expensive to fix and that is not his fault. He was pleasant, polite, and well mannered. He was knowledgeable about the unit and let me know which parts were showing wear/unavailable.

Charles came in to check out my Whirlpool Microwave. The digital temperature gauge was burned out. Parts are NO LONGER made. Charles was very professional, nice, friendly & helpful. I would refer your company & Charles to anyone needing expert service. Thankful you sent this wonderful Technician!! This Microwave has been recalled & is NO LONGER sold. The entire Microwave must be replaced & a new Trim Kit purchased as the replacement Microwave & Trim Kit, are slightly a larger size & the new replacements to fit in pre-existing wall cavity, must be purchased. **Don's Appliance in Tyler, ask for Tommy, as they have the exact model of Whirlpool Microwave & Trim Kit replacements, are currently in stock. I need them replaced ASAP PLEASE! I am selling my home! See info below, I already sourced the replacements: Microwave Model # WMCS7024RZ Trim Kit Model # MTK2230PZ

Hameed worked fairly fast when he arrived HOWEVER he spent just as much time on the phone. PLUS I think a phone contact from him or Sears is warranted if you are going to be late. 4 hours is a long time to wait and then another 1 1/2 hours is extreme. The tracker does not update timely plus a voice whether human or AI is better.
