I have no idea why my walll oven that had stopped working was refused support after the part ordered didn't fix the problem. Of =course when your oven stop working there will be a few bus=gs hiding. It hs been three months since it stopped working. I was told all home warrenty and servioce cpompany use that as a reason not to repair/replace. I am unhappy.

I wasn't at all impressed with your services! Kevin as a worker was fine, but your outrageous pricing and the slow response time were totally unacceptable!! I was waiting from 8:00 until 4:45 just for the service guys to come!! Then when they do show up, and tell me that it's the igniter and the cost would be $445.00 to replace!! OUTRAGEOUS price gouging!! I KNOW that I would NEVER use your service again!!!!
