Samsung Oven
Jimmy was very nice and professional. My oven needed to be recalibrate but he could not figure out what to do. He chatted with other technicians but still could not get it done.

Nice person; assessment was made very quickly, although he was not helpful in fixing the old, 20 year old oven (parts are no longer available). I am taking a star off because I specifically asked for after noon service and even asked if I can reschedule, but he mentioned he was just in the neighborhood, and rather guilt tripped me into receiving him, despite my dentist appointment in 30 min. In the end it all worked out, but I would have rather saw the technician another day.

The technician did a good job once he finally arrived. The appointment was scheduled initially for 8 to 12am but did not actually occur until 3:30pm. I also had originally scheduled for Monday 1 to 5 pm but never heard anything that entire day and then set up an appointment for Wednesday 8 to 12 am

The repairmen did a nice job, but the repaired oven/microwave wasn't replaced in the cabinet properly, so now the draw below it doesn't close. Also, a screw was left over after the repair was made. I would like to have someone come back to fix it.

Kenneth was on time and professional. Unfortunately could not fix our oven. Parts and labor are almost as expensive as new oven.

Nikita B. was polite and professional. He called before arriving and informed me his helper was already at my property waiting for him to arrive. Nikita showed respect to me and my home but his partner on the other hand was not, the gentleman entered my home and did not utter a word as I opened the door. The partner walked right passed me and went into my kitchen. He then asked what was wrong and when I explained the smell of gas filled the house when the oven was on, he asked, "how much?" I replied, "does the amount matter, the smell filled the house as soon as the oven was turned on." I showed the ticket with the listed findings from the gas company and assure them, I would not have been without the use of my oven for over (two weeks) for no reason. I was pleased to have my oven repaired and Nikita's effort. I did not care the the partner.
